WILL I MEET MY VVOÂ ASSISTANT IN PERSON?
In most cases, you will work with your virtual assistant over the phone or via email. This gives you the flexibility to request support as and when required. In some circumstances, it will be necessary to meet face to face, at a convenient location for you.
WHAT HOURS DOES MY VVO ASSISTANT WORK?
Once you have requested a service, Very Very Organised will complete the task to the specified deadline. Our team is flexible and works when required so your spreadsheet may be created at midnight.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
Very Very Organised is based near Hexham. Most of our work is done remotely so we can offer support to a wide area. We make regular trips to and from Newcastle and the Metro Centre so can carry out errands in these locations weekly.

For business clients requiring support in their premises, we would cover the Tyne Valley.

CAN MY VVO ASSISTANT HELP ME WITH MY TAX RETURNS?
With over 30 years in the tax profession, our team can help with a variety of tax matters, including dealing with HMRC enquiries.

Depending on the complexity, we are able to assist with personal tax return completion (for very complex situations, your accountant is likely to be better placed to assist). We do not, as yet, have the software to complete corporate tax returns (although we do have the experience). However, this is something we can invest in if the demand is there.
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT
No. We charge by the hour. If you only need help for one hour with a spreadsheet, for example, we can help.
